Don Harris

Don graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering.  Upon graduation, he joined the Federal Highway Administration.  While with FHWA he attended the University of Virginia and received a Masters of Engineering degree.

He has been working in the engineering consulting industry for over 30 years, nearly all in Atlanta.  He is currently a Senior Associate with KCI Technologies, responsible for business development, client relations, and quality control.

Signature projects include GA 400, Peachtree Road in Buckhead, and Capitol Avenue for the 1996 Olympics.  Clients have included GA DOT, SC DOT, Cobb DOT, Gwinnett DOT, and Kennesaw State University, along with a multitude of other cities, counties, and Community Improvement Districts.

He is registered as a Professional Engineer in six states and has served on the Boards of ACEC and Central Atlanta Progress.

He resides in Marietta with his wife, Debbie, and has three children and five grandchildren.
