Robert Gould is an award-winning workforce and marketing innovator trailblazing and building stages of impact across the globe. As an Author, Executive, and Creative his featured works have been seen on national platforms such as MTV, BET, Country Music Television, Seacrest Studios, and TVOne. His innovative industry skill sets have allowed him to hold strategic operating positions with the Recording Academy (The Grammys), The Complex Group, and Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI). Robert is a 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient from President Joe Biden for his contributions to international workforce development and community service. Fueling his philanthropic pursuits, he has donated and collected over 20,000 life-essential supplies for children with cancer and student dreamers across the United States.

As CEO of RG Media Affiliates and Vice President of Roberts Civil Engineering, Robert is building the next generation of workforce champions by bridging the gap between education, technology, and media. His educational programming models have garnered thousands of participants across international Higher Education and Municipal systems; being supported by organizations such as Puma, Nike, Coca-Cola, JP Morgan Chase, AECOM, United States Census Bureau, Bank of America, and the Department of Culture & Tourism Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

He has been recognized by the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame for his advocacy on health & wellness and has been honored by Black Enterprise Magazine as a leading male entrepreneur in the nation in 2019.

As a Developer, Robert is a joint venture partner in a $200 Million Dollars mixed-use transformational development project located on 67.5 acres, featuring Film studios, a Creative Career Campus, an Indoor Youth Sports Facility, Retail, and Residential Dwellings. Robert is an alumnus of the prestigious Berklee College Of Music where he holds a Bachelor’s in Music Business & Marketing with a minor in Global Studies and an honorary Doctorate Degree from Kinston College of North Carolina.
